Booking Coordinator Johannesburg

This is a low basic, commission based job offer and a great opportunity to work in a media, diverse environment. Must be able to have good work ethics and work independently / freelance / from home / where ever you are. This does not mean you can have two job as you need to be able to attend to briefs within 60 minutes of receipt and you need to make and receive calls during the day. With larger / high paying bookings, you need to be on set no matter the call time. Film / Media graduate with strong administration skills, social media marketing, telesales, photography & film editing an advantage. Your own laptop and uncapped wifi access at home is essential.

You only need to come into the office once a week but you must be able to work professionally and structured from home for the rest of the time. Without incentives you are required to still work a 40 hour week. Some flexibility can be discussed.

Among some of your responsibility will be to call clients every day, attend to jobs / briefs, call and make recommendations and follow up on jobs / briefs. Keep profiles up to date, make suggestions, do bookings, call clients, keep social media up to date, write up resume’s & bio’s etc to successfully promote and market people.
