Personal Assistant Cape Town

You are our Superstar Personal assistant because you care, you don’t need to be prompted, you just get things done and make stuff happen. When you don’t know something you figure it out.

You’re own life is organised - your grocery lists, itunes library, diary, wardrobe are colour coded and alphabetised - you really get a kick out of this stuff. You speak and write well - clear and concise. You’re a pretty busy person, it’s easy for you to have a lot going on because you have systems to keep on top of it all.

You assist the Directors in all aspects of their personal and work life, making sure they never miss a birthday, flight or dentist appointment, renew their passports and drivers licenses on time, stock their fridge, pick up their dry cleaning and know exactly how they like their eggs.

At work you set meetings, take minutes and keep record of the directors communications with the rest of the team, helping them to keep track of deliverables and targets set. At the studio you manage deliveries, answer the door, liaise with contractors. But you don’t just run all aspects of the studio, you improve how its run, inventing new systems to make things better and more efficient.

You must be comfortable with spreadsheets. In fact if you are not already using spreadsheets in some way at the moment to organise things in your life or your current job then you probably shouldn't apply. A problem solver who can work independently.

You are excellent at communicating. You articulate your points clearly when you speak, write or put together a presentation.

This job will often involve you having to do something or organise something you have never done before, you have to enjoy figuring things out. If it’s stressful for you to be thrown in the deep end without someone to hold your hand then this is not for you.

*Please don’t apply if you are awkward around computers.*
